Heather L, known in the music world as Big Herm, is an independent artist, producer, and visionary hailing from Boise, Idaho. A lifelong creative and a Music Production graduate from Full Sail University, Heather built her career from the ground up, fueled by real life experiences where music wasn’t just an option—it was all she had.
 
Through pain, hustle, and moments of deep reflection, she transformed her stories into sound, crafting music that speaks for those who feel unheard. Her style blends emotional truth with gritty trap energy, creating a lane that’s both raw and unapologetically authentic.
 
Heather is also the creator and founder of Aim & Shoot Productions, where AIM stands for All In Movement—a brand and studio dedicated to empowering independent artists. What began as a personal journey evolved into a movement: offering beats, production services, exclusive artist programs, and a home for creators who choose legacy over industry trends.
